Website Information
This website describes Blue Lion Ops service categories for Brazil-based inquiries. It is not operational instruction, legal advice, security advice for a specific incident, or a guarantee that any service will be available for a particular itinerary.
Service descriptions stay at a high level. Scope, availability, personnel, vehicles, routes, pricing, and support requirements are confirmed directly before an engagement.
Service Inquiry Limits
- An inquiry starts review only. It does not create an engagement or reserve availability.
- Vehicle type, driver coordination, dedicated support, security services, pricing, and timing are confirmed directly before an assignment.
- Armored vehicles, on-site support, and added operational layers depend on city, dates, itinerary, exposure level, local conditions, and applicable requirements.
- The website does not advertise self-drive vehicle rental or fixed public pricing.
No Automatic Engagement
A form submission, email, phone call, or WhatsApp message starts a preliminary review only. Blue Lion Ops is not engaged until scope, commercial terms, operational requirements, and acceptance are confirmed through a direct channel.
Operational Changes
Executive travel and security-related assignments can change with itinerary updates, local conditions, regulations, venue requirements, weather, traffic, public events, demonstrations, airport operations, and other factors outside the website's control.
A confirmed assignment is then reviewed against current information and direct operational coordination.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide contact and itinerary information accurate enough for review.
- Keep preliminary submissions limited to what scoping requires.
- Do not submit unlawful or misleading information, third-party confidential material, or sensitive data not needed at this stage.
- Confirm final scope, pricing, logistics, and operational conditions directly with Blue Lion Ops before relying on any service arrangement.
Intellectual Property
The website design, text, branding, logos, photographs, and other materials are owned by Blue Lion Ops or used under authorization. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except for ordinary browsing and legitimate inquiry use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Lion Ops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from reliance on preliminary website information before scope and commercial terms are confirmed.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Brazilian law.
Privacy
Information submitted through the website or direct inquiry channels is handled under the Privacy Notice. Do not submit passport numbers, payment data, medical records, or highly sensitive personal documents through the website form.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
